The location was amazing and good, close enough to a really excellent restaurant, and restaurant on the property. Moreover, it was 4 km from a large Mayan pyramid;))

The hotel was cool, and I liked superfriendly staff and luxurious room. Great location, it was close to a coffee shop and restaurant on the property as well as Great in house restaurant. It also was close enough to Coba ruins.

lush setting around the pool, magnificent bathrooms, convenient location for Chichen Itza/Tulum
It's disappointing that the hotel is right by a busy road, which really disrupts the jungle ambiance!!! The lack of food options nearby makes dining a hassle!!! Getting coffee should not require going to a Starbucks!!!

Beautifully landscaped surroundings make for a relaxing stay.
I stayed for three nights and couldn't believe how limited the continental breakfast was, with barely any options. Not having coffee available was a huge letdown, especially since I rely on it to start my day. The worst part was discovering a black mould issue in my room, disappointing and concerning. It felt uncomfortable, and the humid environment clearly contributed to this problem.

We visited amazing cenotes and celebrated unique local traditions. The spacious room, inviting pool, and delicious meals were absolute highlights. Friendly staff. Perfect for those seeking a magical getaway that blends culture and relaxation!
The only downside was the location near a busy road, which could be a problem for light sleepers. It's also quite a hike to the center if you don't have a car.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
The fresh food at the onsite restaurant impressed us, though the breakfast selection felt lacking. Tips, request a room away from the main road for quieter nights and don't forget your coffee!

I recently enjoyed my stay in a suite with a private pool, which was perfect for relaxation. The dining experience was exceptional with delicious traditional dishes. Just a note, though, the coffee shop on-site didn't quite match the local brews.
